NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001572 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Maria Luz Chavez; Bristol Pines Community Association, Inc.; Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
