NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 15 day of June, 2017, at at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, in the Clerk's Office, Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Government Complex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. 8, in Building 193, of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common element appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration, and more commonly known as 193 Santa Clara Drive, #8, Naples, Florida 34104,
pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is Granada Lakes Villas Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, vs. Geoffrey Leong Silver; Unknown Spouse of Geoffrey Leong Silver, and Unknown Tenant(s), Case No. 2016-CA-000778.
NOTICE PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES ยง 45.031
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
