NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on June 15, 2017, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL, the following described property:
Lot 9, Block A, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 76 through 84, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
