Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Tract 291 of the unrecorded plat of PARKWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION, Unit Three, being further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 36, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence North 89°17'04” West, along the North line of said Section 36, a distance of 600.0 feet; thence South 00°58'50” West, a distance of 2050.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence South 00°58'50” West, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence North 89°17'04” West, a distance of 200.0 feet; thence North 00°58'50” East, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence South 89°17'04” East, a distance of 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; less the East 15.0 feet thereof for utility easements. Together with that certain 1984 “THOM” single wide mobile home located thereon and also known as VIN TH1GA14X60146273, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
