NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003236-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD M. CZEREPICA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of JUNE, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NUMBER 100 IN EAST GATE ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGE 117 OF PASCO COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
