NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000667-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THOMAS A. BING; ONE STOP MORTGAGE, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of June, 2017, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 363, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT THREE-A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGES 6 AND 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
