NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA001506 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VALVERI, RACHEL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL, PH.D. shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 22, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
