Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2014CA001206CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ECTR 1 LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 11351 TURTLE DOVE LAND TRUST DATED 23RD DAY OF DECEMBER 2013; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B.; CROSS CREEK AT SUMMERTIME HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTINE E. COLLINS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, SUMMERTREE PARCEL 3A, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 12 THROUGH 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
