YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to Quiet Title after the issuance of a Tax Deed on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast comer of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 36S, Range 18E, thence Westerly along a line parallel to the North line of Section 16, a distance of 840 feet, for a POB, thence Northerly along a line parallel to the East line of Section 16, a distance of 330 feet, thence Westerly along a line parallel to the North line of Section 16, a distance of 75 feet, thence Southerly along a line parallel to the E line of Section 16, a distance of 330 feet, thence Easterly 75 feet, to the POB, excepting 30 feet for a road right-of-way, public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon the Law Office of D. Mark Payne, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 9040 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
