NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2017, and entered in 2016 CA 003128 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH SARAQUSE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF TRACT D, SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF TWENTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 9, 9A THRU 9H INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
COMMENCING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 990, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF TWENTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION:
THENCE NORTH 50 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 13 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT D, FOR A DISTANCE OF 217.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE SOUTH 46 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 47 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL WITH AND 216.20 FEET NORTHEASTERLY OF, AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT D, FOR A DISTANCE OF 302.19 FEET, TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT D, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF TERMINATION.
