NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Case No. 2016-CA-000786, in which CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-20, is Plaintiff, and TINA VALENTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA VALENTE; HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1, Defendants, the undersigned Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block B, Terrace Gardens, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 4, Page 89, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 am on the 19th day of June , 2017, to be held by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
