NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000017-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES 2005-AR6, is the Plaintiff, and John T. Early III AKA John T. Early, Lydia B. Early, Achieva Credit Union, successor in interest to Sarasota Coastal Credit Union, Busey Bank, Unknown Parties in Possession #1 n/k/a Jennifer Chard, Unknown Parties in Possession #2 n/k/a Stephen Chard, are the Defendants, I, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2017, the following described real property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 7, Block E, Sorrento Shores, According to the Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 59, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 421 S. Shore Drive, Osprey, Florida 34229
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
