NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000484 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-AP1 is the Plaintiff and Ronny R. St. Louis A/K/A Ronny St. Louis; The Unknown Spouse Of Ronny R. St. Louis A/K/A Ronny St. Louis ; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Emc Mortgage Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 54, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
