NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2017, and entered in 2014 CA 005140 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DEBRA SPATOLA-LAUGHLIN A/K/A DEBRA M. LAUGHLIN A/K/A DEBRA LAUGHLIN; VAN LAUGHLIN A/K/A VAN C. LAUGHLIN A/K/A VAN CLYDE LAUGHLIN; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1149, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
