Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2016 CA 000144 NC on February 23, 2017 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 18, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of EMBASSY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 953, Page 1279 et. seq., and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 20 and 20A et. seq., and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 26, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
