NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 11 day of May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052321, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HUNTINGTON MORTGAGE GROUP IS A DIVISION OF THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and DAVID M. CARR ROYAL PELICAN ASSOCIATION, INC. EDITH K. CARR TIMOTHY P. MCCRORY THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK F/K/A SKY BANK GENOA BANKING COMPANY STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ESTERO BAY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. ROYAL PELICAN BOATING ASSOCIATION, INC.; and COLONIAL BANK, NA, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 112, ROYAL PELICAN TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1861, PAGE 4140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Boat Slip (unit) Unit No. 7 of Royal Pelican Boating Association, Inc., a Cooperative, according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 1863, Page 2733, as amended, public records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
