NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002246 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BEENA MANSUKHANI, PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., AMERICA EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JUAN PEREZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ANNA PEREZ, the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 19 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205, BUILDING I OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4211, PAGE 4187, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
