NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2017 entered in Case No. 16-CA-003611 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Clifton Eckert; Unknown Spouse of Clifton Eckert; Olympia Pointe Community Association, Inc. ; Athena at Olympia Pointe Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, OF OLYMPIA POINTE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED TN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2011000164731, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.8
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
