AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and JUSLENE LOUISSEIZE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER are the Defendant(s).
