NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003389 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ditech Financial LLC, Plaintiff and Carole R. Kemper a/k/a Carole Kemper are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APT. 103, OF PELICAN EAST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1415, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1470, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN UNDIVIDED 1/18 INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS AS MAY BE ASSIGNED TO THE TITLE OF HOLDER FROM TIME TO TIME.
