NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-002201 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR11TRUST, Plaintiff, and, ARZOLA, PEDRO, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of June, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, THE TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON, PAGE “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
