NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-006427, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN S. BRENGLE, JR. TRUST DATED THE 3RD DAY OF JUNE, 2013; ALEXANDER R. BRENGLE, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN S. BRENGLE, JR. TRUST DATED THE 3RD DAY OF JUNE, 2013; ALEXANDER R. BRENGLE; JOHN S. BRENGLE, III; STEPHANIE A. BARTLETT; REBECCA NIX; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN S. BRENGLE, JR. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 OF BLOCK 1 OF GALLERY GARDENS 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA - LESS WESTERLY PART OF SAID LOT 8 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 8 AND RUNNING THENCE N EASTERLY 125 FEET, TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE S EASTERLY 11.48 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8 THENCE S WESTERLY 125.80 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
