NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002092, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and JANET C. RAWLINGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET C. RAWLINGS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK “BD”, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
