CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 403, ART CENTER LOFTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14399, PAGE 1537 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 183, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
