NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 08, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-002131 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and REGINALD TIM A/K/A REGINALD L. TIM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SHERRY ANN ROBERSON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
