NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2017 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003044 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and JESUS FERNANDEZ-GOMEZ A/K/A J. GOMEZ FERNANDEZ A/K/A JESUS GOMEZ FERNANDEZ; JESUS FERNANDEZ-GILBRAN A/K/A JESUS FERNANDEZ-GIBRAN, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, GEORGE ROAD ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
