NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 108, aka Unit 2-102, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAKE TARPON VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 9434, Pages 2172-2222, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 117, Pages 96-100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2579 Cyprus Drive, #2-102, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 23, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
