NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 192, Building 26, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE, CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 8458, Page 1171, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Page 66, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida. With the following street address: 9209 Seminole Boulevard, #192, Seminole, Florida, 33772
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 30, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
