HANIF; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FORMERLY KNOWN AS MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HOME BUYERS LLC AS TRUSTEE FOR TRUST NO 1259 DATED NOVEMBER 19, 2006; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
