All accounts receivable, contract rights excluding Miami FC, LLC's membership interest in the North American Soccer League, LLC, chattel paper and all other obligations evidencing any obligation to Debtor for payment for goods sold or leased or services rendered and all guaranties and other property securing the payment of or performance under any accounts, contract rights or any such chattel paper or instruments and any insurance proceeds or other cash receivable, whether now existing or hereafter arising.

licenses, franchises, customer and supplier lists, labels, patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights to use of any name, including, but not limited to the name(s) “FT. LAUDERDALE STRIKERS” and any and all variations thereof, trademarks, goodwill, telephone numbers, advertising matter, and all other general intangibles (including things in action) whether or not similar to
the foregoing general intangibles.
at an online public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on June 20, 2017.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
