NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 15, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-004405 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JASON S. WICK A/K/A JASON WICK, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29TH day of June, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 4B7, RIDGE GROVES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other Provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5124, Page 1702, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Page 85 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 55, Page 35 and Condominium Plat Book 74, Page 92, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
