NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, and entered in 16-001081-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIZA M. MARCOTT A/K/A ELIZA MAE MARCOTT, DECEASED; ELIZABETH PEARL ELOSHWAY; ANN THONEN A/K/A CAROL ANN THONEN; CAROLYN D. MONCADA A/K/A CAROLYN MARCOTT MONCADA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
