NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, and entered in 15-006130-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF ALBINO FOLCARELLI, DECEASED; JOHN MICHAEL FOLCARELLI AKA JOHN FOLCARELLI; FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK, (WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST); PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE COURT; THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSESSION OF 8728 NORTH 95TH AVE., SEMINOLE, FL 33777 NKA REGINA PINA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
