AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE BAXTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE BAXTER; ROBERT MICHAEL MILTON A/K/A MICHAEL MILTON ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL MILTON; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A AUDRA CARPENTER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
