NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-006933 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Kun Mo Lee a/k/a Khan Hur Lee are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 22, OF VILLAS OF CARILLON, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, AT PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
