NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-001810-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH S. WARD, JR., DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 168-A, of WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM V, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4485, Page 1615 through 1666, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all Amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 56 through 58, of the Public Records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
