You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of May 23, 2017, in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Eastern Shores Holdings LLC.

Resolution vacating portions of a ten foot platted Alley adjacent to Lots 14
through 16, and Lot 17, Riverside Farms, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 16, Pinellas County, Florida, and providing for an effective date.
