NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-001038-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and James A Stuart; The Unknown Spouse Of James A Stuart N/K/A Pat Stuart; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Bank of America N.A.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, FIRST ADDITION TO SEMINOLE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
