Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 24, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT 25, BUILDING III, VENETIAN ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN AND DEFINED IN SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME ADDING SUBSEQUENT PHASES, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 852, PAGE 1715 AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 948, PAGE 116, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AND RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3256 WHITE IBIS COURT #311, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on February 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
