NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 31, 2017 in Case No. 2017 CA 2425, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on November 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.Manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit #C-36 of EL RANCHO VILLAGE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1579, Pages 5501-5554, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with Membership Certificate #C-36 of EL RANCHO VILLAGE, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, together with 1967 CAPR mobile home VIN G4012CMC239.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
