NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001571000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff and Gerard R. Lee a/k/a Gerald R. Lee, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
