NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in this case in the Circuit Court ofPolk County, Florida, and pursuant to Administrative Order (3-15.14) in the Tenth Judicial Circuit In and For Polk County, Florida the real property described as:
Lot 12, KINGS COURT, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 82, Page 17, in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property address: 625 Kings Lane S.W., Winter Haven, FL 33880, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 5, 2017. Bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on www.polk.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
