Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment dated October 23, 2017 entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 15, BLOCK 12, PALM COVE PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 15-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
