NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA004057CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust Company not in its individual capacity but solely as Successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for MASTR Asset Securitization Trust 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Charles J. McMenamin; Danette J. McMenamin are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
