NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to Final Judgment entered on August 30, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015CA002192CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF CAROLINE CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE C. CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE COLLEEN CHECHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLINE CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE C. CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE COLLEEN CHECHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLINE CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE C. CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE COLLEEN CHECHE, DECEASED; NANCY MCCLAIN ALFONSO, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CAROLINE CHECHE TRUSTEE OF THE CAROLINE CHECHE TRUST AS AMENDED AND RESTATED DATED MAY 7, 2007; NANCY MCCLAIN ALFONSO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLINE CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE C. CHECHE A/K/A CAROLINE COLLEEN CHECHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN GUARDIAN OF KEYARA NOREESE POLLAY, A MINOR N/K/A DAN CORBETT; UNKNOWN GUARDIAN OF DEVIN JULIUS POLLAY, A MINOR N/K/A DAN CORBETT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DAN CORBETT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on November 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50 AND 51, TERRACE PARK PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2002 FLEETWOOD DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME, FLORIDA TITLE #85936759, IDENTIFICATION #GAFL234A75193AV21; RP DECAL #12100876 AND FLORIDA TITLE #85963850, IDENTIFICATION #GAFL234B75193AV21; RP DECAL #12100878.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
