NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of October, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001145 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, A PUBLIC CORPORATION; HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC.; NANCIE C. KALIN; ANDREW O'NEAL; MARY O'NEAL; ESTATE OF W. HAROLD O'NEAL A/K/A WALTER HAROLD O'NEIL UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S) N/K/A GREG AND DONNA MARTI; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES HEIRS DEVISEES GRANTEES BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF W. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2632C, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/254 INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1368, PAGES 1482 THROUGH 1546, INCLUSIVE AND AS SHOWN BY PLOT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 16 THROUGH 16H, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
