NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 17, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002860-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff and PAMELA REED; BARBARA A. PLANTE A/K/A BARBARA PLANTE; CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK FEDEAL SAVINGS BANK are defendant(s), Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 21, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
THE WEST 130 FEET OF THE EAST 237 FEET OF LOT 673, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD GARDENS #2, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA;

LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF SAID PROPERTY;

LESS, THAT PORTION OF SAID PROPERTY USED AS A BOAT BASIN ACCORDING TO A SURVEY SKETCH THEREOF AND OF TRACTS 1-8 (BOTH INCLUSIVE) AND A 25 FOOT ACCESS ROAD, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 52, AT PAGE 42, SEPTEMBER, 1957, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID SURVEY SKETCH REPRESENTING A RE-SUBDIVISION OF SAID LOT 673, A PORTION OF LOT 672, AND ALL OF LOT 674 OF SAID ENGLEWOOD GARDENS #2.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT CONVEYED BY WAY OF INSTRUMENT #2002108604, RECORDED ON JULY 3, 2002, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 672, PLAT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ENGLEWOOD GARDENS #2 (AS DEPICTED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA); THENCE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LOT LINE 262' TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 108', PLUS OR MINUS, TO A HIGH WATER MARK OF THE BOAT BASIN; THENCE EAST 25' ALONG SAID HIGH WATER MARK; THENCE SOUTH 83' TO A POINT 25' WESTERLY OF THE FIRST DESCRIBED LINE; THENCE EAST 237' TO THE WEST LINE OF OXFORD DRIVE; THENCE SOUTH 25' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
