NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000825 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST is Plaintiff and JACQUELINE E. HAUGHTON A/K/A JACQUELINE HAUGHTON; SAMUEL W. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE E. HAUGHTON A/K/A JACQUELINE HAUGHTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL W. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1115, 25TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 2, 2A THROUGH 2Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
