Craig Revocable Trust dated December 9, 1995, Leanna Craig Santo, as Beneficiary of the Eugene A. and Mildred A. Craig Revocable Trust dated December 9, 1995, Leanna Craig Santo, Principia Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Beneficiaries of the Eugene A. and Mildred A. Craig Revocable Trust Dated Dec 7, 1995, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Successor by Merger with Wachovia Bank National Association, CNS Lawn Inc A/K/A CNS Lawns, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
