Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 17-CA-001768, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and DAVID C. THOMETZ; WENDY THOMETZ are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 29, 2017 at 9:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3996, CAPE CORAL UNIT 55, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 92-106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
